Registration forms 2018-2019 School Year. These forms need to be copied off, filled in and brought in during registration days. We will not be mailing out any forms this year. Lunch program forms - applications for Free/Reduced Lunch program need to be filled out every year. All returning 7th & 8th grade students should be coming in for 2018/2019 registration in the Middle School Office on Monday, August 20 or Tuesday, August 21 - any time between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. See your previous emails about the paperwork and money they need to bring with them. Students will receive their planner, schedule and locker information.
All incoming 6th grade students, St. Joseph's students and any new students should come in on Tuesday, August 21 at 6:00-7:30 pm starting in the Middle School Commons. All students and parents/guardians should attend this. See your previous emails about the paperwork and money we need for that evening. Students will receive their planner, schedule and locker information. You will also be able to do your Infinite Campus registration for our new student information system if you have not already done so.

Parents of students in the Prescott School District were sent instructions on how to access the new and improved student information system, Infinite Campus. It is essential for every family to register by following the steps in the letter. Families will verify personal and contact information, such as family members, address, phone number, email (required) etc. Each parent/guardian will set up a separate account to receive communication about your students. Once your account is set up you will be notified how to see bus routes and elementary school classroom assignments, posted only in Infinite Campus. After school starts you will also:
