Kiwanis Student of the Week - May 22, 2012

Sara Deaton is Kiwanis Student of the Week since she received the St. Croix Valley Kiwanis Service Scholarship for 2012. She's on the honor roll and is very involved both in school with DI, Student Wellness Committee, School Newspaper, Book Club, Ecology Club, Drama Club, F.A.C.T. Club. Sara also volunteers at Feed My Starving Children and Joy Lutheran. She enjoys reading, music, writing stories, movies and the Milwaukee Brewers. Sara works at Dairy Queen and plans to attend Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin this fall with a Journalism major. Her proud parents are Dennis and Kathryn Deaton. Congratulations Sara! You'll go far!
