In Prescott Modern Music classes (Garage Band, Jam Lab and MS General Music), students are actively creating through expression and exploration of music, which is an integral part of music education. In the links provided, students showcase their musical talents through the use of our recording technology. In Electronic Music, students use chromebooks and computers to digitally create their own music and videos. Garage Band as well as other music students utilize a state-of-the-art professional recording studio "Dexter Street Studios", located in the HS music wing in capturing their impressive talents. Students are able to create their own music, or record other music as a soloist or in a small group setting. Examples will include electronic created compositions, instrumental/vocal compositions and ensemble performance recordings/videos of various musical experiences.
