Revenue Sources
PCR receives a yearly $10,000 tax levy from the City of Prescott and surrounding townships. This amount partially funds costs such as managing the programs, board member stipends, program commissioner stipends, salary of the PCR Director, and miscellaneous facility use items.
PCR has been working each summer with our local Chevrolet dealership and the Chevy Youth Baseball program to raise funds to improve field spaces for the baseball and softball programs through a raffle that they sponsor nationally.
PCR has also been able to take advantage of a many grant opportunities.
All other revenue comes from entry fees for each program. The goal of each program is to be self-sustaining, so entry fees will vary from program to program. See the below Program Fee Structure for current information.

Program Fee Structure
Listed below are the program fees for the current 2013-2014 school year. Fees are set to cover the costs associated with each individual program and are reevaluated periodically to adjust for increases in equipment costs, maintenance costs, and league fee increases in the traveling programs. One of the goals of PCR is keep fees low to encourage participation across all programs. However, each program is required to be self-sustainable, which is the driving factor when fees rise.
