Required of all High School Students -  please remember, if a student does not have updated health information on file, parents will be called if the need for OTC medication (ibuprofen, tums, allergy, etc.) arises while the student is at school. Also, should your student experience a medical emergency and we do not have updated health information 911 MAY be called.
